7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Notify us promptly of any security concerns or incidents
• Maintain confidentiality regarding security arrangements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement. Typically, this requires written notice within a specified timeframe. Early termination fees may apply as detailed in the service agreement.

Soter Group reserves the right to immediately terminate services if:

• The client engages in illegal activities
• The client creates unsafe conditions for our personnel
• The client breaches material terms of the service agreement
• Payment obligations are not met

9. Intellectual Property

All security methodologies, protocols, training materials, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Soter Group. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt these materials without our express written consent.

10. Website Use
