Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Soter Group Ltd ("we," "our," or "the Company"), a security operations firm registered in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Soter Group Ltd provides security and protection services including but not limited to executive protection, security consulting, private investigations, residential security, global facilitation, and custom security solutions. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and operations.

3.2 Prior to engagement, we enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with all clients, service providers, and deployed personnel.

3.3 We comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable privacy legislation. Soter Group Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.

4.2 The Client agrees to cooperate with Soter Group Ltd personnel and follow security protocols and recommendations.

4.3 The Client agrees not to request services that violate applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees for services will be outlined in the Service Agreement.

5.2 Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment schedules, will be specified in the Service Agreement.

5.3 Additional costs incurred during service provision will be communicated to the Client for approval before being incurred, except in emergency situations where immediate action is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Soter Group Ltd will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services.

6.2 Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.3 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Insurance

Soter Group Ltd maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance. Details can be provided upon request.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate services as specified in the Service Agreement.

8.2 Soter Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

• The Client requests services that violate applicable laws or regulations
• The Client fails to pay fees as agreed
• The Client's actions create undue risk to our personnel

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster, war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

Soter Group Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
