Likewise, clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our security methodologies, personnel details, and proprietary approaches.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each service agreement. Generally, our terms include:
- A non-refundable retainer to secure services
- Payment schedules for ongoing services
- Additional fees for emergency or extended services
- Expense reimbursement policies
Late payments may result in service suspension and late payment fees as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Soter Group employs highly trained professionals and follows industry best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security or the prevention of all incidents. Our liability is limited as follows:
- Soter Group's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services directly related to any claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from our services.
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control absolve us from liability for non-performance.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to security needs
- Cooperate with security protocols and recommendations
- Notify us promptly of any security concerns or incidents
- Maintain confidentiality regarding security arrangements
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement. Typically, this requires written notice within a specified timeframe. Early termination fees may apply as detailed in the service agreement.
Soter Group reserves the right to immediately terminate services if:
- The client engages in illegal activities
- The client creates unsafe conditions for our personnel
- The client breaches material terms of the service agreement
- Payment obligations are not met
9. Intellectual Property
All security methodologies, protocols, training materials, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Soter Group. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt these materials without our express written consent.
10. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date but make no warranties regarding completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
Users may not:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
